Fancy a dessert after lunch? Head on down to Amaya Saujana
Condominium at Saujana Subang, Petaling Jaya and look for Petiteserie Desserts
which is located just inside the residence.
The name "Petiteserie" is
a play on Janice Siew Jan Lin's petite-sized sweet morsels that are made with
local ingredients using French baking techniques that she mastered at Le Cordon
Bleu. For example, the nutty Gula Melaka Banana was inspired by her favourite
Malaysian delicacies; deep fried banana fritters.
But those who prefer French
classics can still savour the Salted Caramel Chocolate that has a rich
chocolate filling yet is not too sweet or the Strawberry that simply melts in
your mouth upon the first taste.
Petiteserie desserts also provides 100% butter
croissants and danish pastries freshly baked everyday from 2pm onwards. They
also serve lunch from 12pm onwards serving rice and pastas using their very own
homemade sauces. Besides that, its confections are supplied to cafes around the
Klang Valley including Battery Acid Club and Flingstones Cafe.
Opening Hours: Daily,12noon-7pm
